United Way of St. Charles (UWSC) announced the return of Trista Brazan as campaign and communications manager.
Brazan previously served UWSC from 2009 to 2012. She later advanced her career at St. John United Way, where she worked as executive director from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, she stepped away from her role to care for her medically fragile child.
“I have always looked back on my time with UWSC with great fondness,” Brazan said. “I am excited to return and continue advancing the organization’s mission in our community.”
A 2006 graduate of Louisiana State University, Brazan holds a degree in mass communications with a concentration in public relations. She brings more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing and communications.
UWSC Executive Director John Dias welcomed Brazan’s return with enthusiasm.
“With Trista returning, I couldn’t be happier,” Dias said. “It truly feels like we’re putting the band back together.”
Brazan lives in Vacherie with her husband, Kenny, and their two daughters, Chloe and Claire.
