This is a  fun, family event that invites family, business, and industry teams from across the region to compete for the titles of
"Best Jambalaya", "Best Pastalaya", and "Best Gumbo".

Any team who wants to try to win the paddle is invited!

Cooking Team Registration: $175 through Thursday, September 18, 2025
Late Registration: $200 beginning Friday, September 19, 2025
