2011 Battle for the Paddle-October 6, 2011

Can you cook? Do you make the best gumbo or the best jambalaya? Test your skills! 
Enter the Battle and win the Paddle!

 This is a  fun, family event that invites family, business, and industry teams from across the region to compete for the titles of "Best Jambalaya" and "Best Gumbo".

Any team who wants to try to win the paddle is invited!

Open to the Public
$5.00 entry fee, all you want to eat! (Children 10 & under are FREE)
$1.00 soft drinks and $2.00 beer
There will be live music from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Participation Fee:$75 per team by Sept. 16; $100 per team after Sept. 16
Four participation gifts for each team are included.
