Zachry Care Team has been busy helping others, including one of their own employees!
Roy Lirette, a Zachry employee of 22 years and a lifetime supporter of the United Way of St. Charles, is now a recipient of the help from United Way.
"United Way of St. Charles donates the materials, and Zachry's Care Team volunteers donate their time to get the job done. For several months now, Roy has been out of work on medical leave. With his medical challenge it was determined that Roy would need a wheelchair accessable ramp to get into and out of his home. This would help him get to rehabilitation as he begins the journey of getting his mobility back," said Jody Horn, Site Manager of Zachry Group.
"We have helped many community members over the years, but it is a great feeling when you can help one of your own who has been a great employee and United Way supporter."
